Ashot “Vinni” Mirzaians MCP, MCSE, GSEC, CM-ITI
Founder and President
Ashot “Vinni” Mirzaians, founder and president of the company is a Microsoft Certified IT systems solution professional with diverse technical experience on LAN/WAN and wireless technologies. He is fluent in English, and Armenian.
His goal is simple, “I want to provide the best computer and IT solutions efficiently, quickly, and as inexpensively as possible with a smile.”
RCS is focused on providing 100% customer satisfaction. Vinni and his team of professionals possess the necessary qualifications and experience to successfully meet the challenges brought about by the revolutionary changes to IT.

Mrs. Marootkhaniany, has been involved with the creation of Real Computer Solutions (RCS) since day one. Her guidance and experience come from working with large multi-national corporations such as Luxottica, For Eyes, Lens Crafters and Eye Lab in corporate front office management of over 30 years. Her expertise has proven results with management of teams and striving to deliver the best approach and goal accomplishment by championing customer services standards and team accountability. Her goals are simple, provide great services and affordable solutions that provide a great customer experience as well as satisfaction.
Aretha M.
General Manager
Manager Aretha manages all aspects of the IO business, such as enhancing the “member experience,” overseeing our DC & Rockville staff, and ensuring that our suites are stocked, presentable, and running smoothly at all times. Aretha is a Southern Belle, diehard cowboys fan, and a “foodie.”

Account Manager
Bri is at the forefront of creating & improving IO’s processes and procedures while ensuring both locations’ accounting, technology, and operational standards are in place. Working remotely from the mountains of Tennessee, Bri is busy raising her 20- plus chickens, bearded dragon, and two dogs, Dusty and Enzo.

Marketing Director
Carson recently earned her degree in Market & Account Management from American University and fell in love with analytics. She spearheads numerous marketing, design, and PR projects for IO Rockville & DC. Carson also has an undying love for all animals, including her 4!

Executive Administrator
Kaitlyn, our admin extraordinaire, brings her customer service experience, attention to detail, and sharp administrative skills daily to IO. Outside the office, Kaitlyn loves to travel, cook and spend time with family!

Mary Beth has been with IO Rockville since March 2020 and is the friendly staff member at the front desk who greets you and your guests with a big smile and an exuberant personality! Her favorite thing about Intelligent Office is that “there is never a dull moment around here.”
