Desk side support from RCS offers a comprehensive, by-your-side approach to IT assistance, and it includes all the usual support you would receive from your own in-house IT Department and more. We don’t expect everyone to be familiar with or even comfortable using every new technology; if they were, we would not be here. We’re here to help and educate, in plain-spoken English, and will help teach employees till full understanding is met. This isn’t your standard help desk support service – this is true, committed desk side support in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
Calls routed to RCS are taken immediately by live, locally-based technicians – never outsourced – who are fully dedicated to providing quick and effective solutions with personable service. We pride ourselves as much on our people-focused customer service as we do on our depth and breadth of technical knowledge and know-how. Your technical issues will be promptly solved, and your employees will enjoy support staff that understands and cares about them. If and when a site visit is required we will dispatch one of our highly qualified technicians at the requested scheduled time. We do not provide a window of 8 hours for our technicians to arrive, we are appointment based.
